Mr. Nimish Patel brings to McGean India Chemicals over three decades of strategic leadership in the chemicals, manufacturing and diversified industry sectors. He holds directorial roles in several industrial and chemical‐manufacturing companies in India, reflecting his broad-based experience in industrial operations and corporate governance.

In his capacity as Chairman, Mr Patel guides the Joint Venture’s vision of merging global technical excellence with Indian manufacturing strength — promoting innovation, operational discipline and growth. Under his stewardship, McGean India is positioned to deliver high-quality contract manufacturing, diversified aerosol filling and chemical solutions aligned with international standards.

Mr. Nishank Patel – Managing Director

Mr. Nishank Patel serves as Managing Director of McGean India, bringing a strong blend of industry knowledge and strategic acumen to steer the company’s growth in the contract manufacturing and chemical solutions arena. With a background in economics and finance, complemented by hands-on experience in the chemicals and manufacturing sectors, he plays a pivotal role in bridging global technology with Indian manufacturing capabilities.

In his role, Mr. Patel focuses on expanding McGean India’s capacity in bulk blending, diversified aerosol filling and technical formulation, while ensuring operations meet international standards for quality, safety and regulatory compliance. He is committed to driving innovation, operational excellence and value-creation for customers, partners and stakeholders alike.

Mr. David Wehner – Director

Mr. David Wehner is the Chief Financial Officer of McGean Rohco Inc. and serves as a Director at McGean India Chemicals Private Limited.
He is a certified public accountant whose professional background spans audit, manufacturing financial leadership and corporate risk management.

In his role at McGean India, David oversees the company’s financial strategy, compliance frameworks, global reporting and risk functions. He brings global financial governance to the joint-venture manufacturing operations in India, ensuring alignment with international standards while supporting local growth and investment.

Mrs. Mara Gliozzi – Director

Mrs. Mara Gliozzi brings over three decades of global chemical industry leadership to her role as Director of McGean India Chemicals. As Executive Vice President of McGean-Rohco Inc. (USA), she plays a central role in shaping the strategic and operational alignment between McGean’s worldwide operations and its growing Indian venture.

Her deep expertise spans purchasing, customer service, marketing, and global business management, with a proven track record in driving organizational efficiency and customer-centric innovation. At McGean India, she contributes to steering the company’s vision of bringing global technology, process excellence, and product integrity to the Indian market — ensuring that every solution reflects McGean’s international standards of quality and reliability.
